With an Armour:
When you are Pushed or Pulled, you are Pushed or Pulled this much less.
When you roll to avoid being knocked Prone, you may add your Sturdy.

With an Outfit:
You may add your Sturdy to your Willpower.

Multiple Sturdy tags stack.
