A PC can only take a Deep Rest in a safe and comfortable environment, such as an Inn or their own home where it takes 8 hours. A PC can only take 1 Deep Rest every 24 hours. When a character takes a Deep Rest, they may do the following things: Regain ( Max HP/2 + FOR) HP Take the Reclaim action to regain all Mana Reduce their Exertion by ( Max Exertion/2)
