Paradigms

Paradigms are specific methods of combating a problem.
They have a passive ability, which while the character is in that Paradigm, they gain the benefit from.
They have a Momentum Trigger, which allows the character to gain Momentum while in that Paradigm.
They have several Techniques that the character can spend Momentum on to use while in that Paradigm.

Techniques

Technique

Techniques are specific actions that often belong to a specific Paradigm, they can taken by expending Momentum while in the required Paradigm.
Momentum is only spent when that action is taken.

Momentum

Momentum is a resource collected by Martial characters to fuel Techniques or other abilities.

Characters can have one or more Momentum Triggers which every time any of the trigger conditions are reached, the character gains a Momentum.

At the end of a Scene, a character loses all Momentum.
